Welcome to Fixers, an on-demand service marketplace platform owned and operated by Ollama Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing, registering, or using the Fixers website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Fixers is a technology-enabled marketplace platform that facilitates connections between users and independent third-party service providers offering various services. Fixers does not provide services directly and does not act as an employer, contractor, agent, or partner of service providers.
To use Fixers, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Fixers reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
All activities performed under a user account are the responsibility of the account holder.
Users must immediately notify Fixers of unauthorized access or security breaches.
Fixers shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account usage.
Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Users must not:
Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities
Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm service providers or other users
Attempt to bypass Fixers’ payment systems
Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
All bookings placed through Fixers are treated as service requests.
Service fulfillment depends on service provider availability and acceptance.
Fixers does not guarantee service timelines, pricing accuracy, service outcomes, or service quality.
Service pricing may vary based on service category, location, urgency, complexity, and availability.
Fixers may collect payments on behalf of service providers.
Platform fees, convenience charges, taxes, or other charges may apply.
Fixers reserves the right to revise pricing, introduce new charges, and modify payment structures at any time.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate service details
Ensure access to the service location
Cooperate with service providers
Maintain a safe working environment
Fixers is not responsible for:
Quality, workmanship, or outcomes of services
Delays, failures, or cancellations by service providers
Conduct, behavior, or professionalism of service providers
Property damage, injury, loss, or inconvenience
All services are availed entirely at the user’s own risk and discretion.
All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform including trademarks, logos, designs, software, text, content, and branding are the exclusive property of Ollama Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Fixers reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account without prior notice in case of:
Violation of these Terms
Fraud or misuse
Security threats
Legal or regulatory compliance requirements
Users may terminate their account at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixers and Ollama Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform usage or services obtained through it.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixers and Ollama Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Breach of these Terms
Platform misuse
Disputes with service providers
Fixers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
