This Refund Policy governs all refund-related matters for service bookings made through the Fixers platform, owned and operated by Ollama Technologies Private Limited.
By using Fixers, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
This policy applies to all service bookings, payments, and transactions made through the Fixers website and mobile application.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
If a confirmed service is not delivered due to service provider unavailability or platform-related issues, users shall be eligible for a full refund.
If Fixers cancels a booking due to operational, safety, legal, or technical reasons, users shall be eligible for a full refund.
If a service is delivered but is materially defective, incomplete, or unsatisfactory, users may raise a complaint within 24 hours of service completion. Refunds or partial refunds may be processed after investigation.
If a user is charged multiple times or incorrectly, Fixers shall issue a full refund for the excess amount.
Refunds shall not be applicable in cases including but not limited to:
User no-show or unavailability
Late cancellations (as defined in Cancellation Policy)
Change of mind after service completion
Services completed as per agreed scope
Partial service usage
Customized or non-reversible services
Partial refunds may be issued when:
Service is partially delivered
Minor service quality issues exist
Material costs are non-refundable
Refund amount shall be determined based on service assessment and resolution findings.
Refunds shall be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or wallets.
Subscription plans, if offered, are generally non-refundable, except where mandated by law or explicitly stated in subscription terms.
In case of refund disputes, Fixers reserves the right to:
Request supporting evidence
Conduct internal investigations
Take final decisions based on facts and platform policies
Fixers’ decision shall be considered final and binding, subject to applicable law.
Users are advised to contact Fixers before initiating bank chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
Fixers reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
